Venue Hire

Our Community Centre is available for private hire Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 21:00.

Monday

  • 08:00–15:00: £35 per hour
    Please note: A minimum booking duration of two hours applies. One-hour bookings are available but will still be charged at the two-hour minimum.
  • From 15:00 onwards: £30 per hour
    These bookings may be made for a minimum of one hour to support community use.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday

  • 08:00–16:00: £35 per hour
    Please note: A minimum booking duration of two hours applies. One-hour bookings are available but will still be charged at the two-hour minimum.
  • From 16:00 onwards: £30 per hour
    These bookings may be made for a minimum of one hour to support community use.

Thursday

  • 08:00–14:00: £35 per hour
    Please note: A minimum booking duration of two hours applies. One-hour bookings are available but will still be charged at the two-hour minimum.
  • From 16:00 onwards: £30 per hour
    These bookings may be made for a minimum of one hour to support community use.

Saturday and Sunday

  • £30 per hour
    These bookings may be made for a minimum of one hour to support community use.

10% Discount for charities.

The above rates include unlimited access to a self‑serve tea and coffee station. Use of the coffee machine and cold drinks will be charged at retail prices, with a separate invoice issued after the event.

If a change to the standard room setup is required (e.g., removal of tables or chairs), an additional fee of £15 would apply as per the Terms and Conditions.
